  • What is Parker Properties?

    Parker Properties provides student apartments and townhomes in the University of Alabama community. All of our properties are within walking distance of the UA campus. Our Properties include Tuscana Townhomes, 466 Meador, and 709 14th  Street.

    Parker Properties is a go-to source for student living in the Tuscaloosa and  University of Alabama area. We provide the best student apartments and townhomes, all within walking distance to UA. 

    We focus on attentive, expert service to all of our tenants. We strive to solve problems fast and keep our properties and residents safe. 


  • How do I change the utilities into my name?

    Please contact the relevant provider below to have your utilities change into your name. You may be required to have a copy of your lease.

  • Can I have pets?

    At this time we do not allow pets at any of our properties.

  • Are washers and dryers provided?

    Our properties provide washer/dryers in all units.

  • What date can I move in?

    You can move in at 3pm on the beginning day of your lease.

  • Where do I pay my rent?

    Please mail your rent check to PO Box 2202 * Tuscaloosa, AL  35403.  Make check payable to Parker Properties.  Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late after the 5th.   Please indicate the property and unit number on your check.
